This meditation is intended to remind us to pause. We have such busy lives and often it feels as if we have no time to notice our own internal systems. You may notice when you first start doing this that you may get messages from your body to hydrate, eat or relieve yourself.

This meditation is designed to help you unblend when there are many parts showing up, and to help you to connect with more Self energy.
Befriending
This meditation is for when you have been noticing and getting to know a part, and beginning to feel more open-hearted towards it, more curious to really get to know it, and for it to get to know you.
Situational Self Care Inquiry
This meditation is intended to help you get some clarity about the parts of you involved in a difficult situation or challenging relationship. It is based on Richard Schwartz's meditation ‘The Room.’
